The Planning & Zoning Commissions votes to support or reject a case, making a recommendation to Irving City Council.
The commission does not take final action on standard Zoning Cases, but sometimes may be allowed to take final action on certain Development Plan cases. The final decision on approval or denial of Zoning Cases rests with the City Council.
