Required documents:
Allow one to three business days to process the request. If the request cannot be filled promptly, a Customer Service representative will contact the applicant with follow-up questions.
To receive same-day service, the application must be submitted with applicable deposits and fees paid by 3 p.m.

Customers can transfer existing services by completing a Request Form. Service transfers also can be made by calling Customer Service at (972) 721-2411 to transfer service.
Transfer requests will not be processed if the current account has a past due balance. In addition, a deposit may be required prior to transferring services to a new location.
