How do I request EMS and billing records?
To request Medical Records, contact the EMS Battalion Chief by email or by fax at (972) 721-4699.
Billing records can be accessed by calling Digitech at (833) 532-2193.
Does the Fire Department offer CPR training?
At this time, Irving Fire does not provide CPR/AED training.
Visit to the American Heart Association’s website to find a location that offers CPR classes.
What are the fees for ambulance services?
Fees for ambulance services differ based on if the patient is a resident of the City of Irving or not.
