How do I request a a copy of an ICTN program?
In order to receive a copy of an ICTN program, provide the following:

Allow 10 to 15 business days from the date of request for copies to be completed. Holiday programming, specials, large or multiple requests, or archived materials can take up to a month or longer for processing.
