Reservation Guidelines and Restrictions

Applicable facility reservations can be made online as well as in person at a recreation center or the Parks and Recreation administration office.


  1. Alcohol, amplified music and gambling for monetary funds are prohibited at all facilities.
  2. An application is required for all rentals.
  3. Rules and guidelines may vary depending on the facility requested.
  4. Failure to comply with the rules and guidelines will result in forfeiture of future reservations.

Multi-use Buildings

The City of Irving Parks and Recreation Department offers five facilities for public use. Buildings can be reserved seven days a week for private functions and / or organizational meetings.

Recreation Centers

Parks and Recreation offers rentals in two-hour time blocks, available for residents only, in our recreation facilities.


Contact a recreation center to check availability. 


Note: Lively Pointe Youth Center and school-leased recreation centers are not available for rental.
