Home Rehabilitation Programs
Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, this program provides financial assistance to qualified Irving homeowners for home repairs through partially forgivable loans.
The loans may assist with repairs, such as accessibility issues, air conditioner repair/replacement, emergency repair, home exterior and major repairs.

Eligibility
Apply
An eligible applicant must:
- Be approved for a home loan with a City of Irving approved lender.
- Not have owned a home within the last three (3) years.
- Be at or lower than 80% of the Area Median Income, according to HUD income guidelines.

Note: This program orientation is not a Homebuyer Education Course that gives you a certificate upon completion.
