Learn more about the following services that the Irving Animal Shelter offers.
- Irving Vouchers - Irving Animal Services offer vouchers for all Irving Residents. These vouchers include a FREE spay/neuter, rabies and microchip. Learn more about the Free Spay/Neuter Vouchers by giving us a call at 972-721-2256 .
- TNR - Stands for Trap, Neuter, Release. This program helps the City's residents with controlling the population of feral cats. Learn more about how to get involved.
- Vaccination Clinics - Irving Animal Services offer low-cost vaccination clinics through TCAP (Texas Coalition for Animal Protection) and the Spay Neuter Network. These Clinics happen every so often. Check out our events page to see when these clinics will happen.
- Microchip and ID Tags are offered at the Irving Shelter. Learn more about the microchip and ID services.

Wildlife Deterrent Service Available
Irving Animal Services has deterrent devices available for loan to residents and businesses, such as ultrasonic devices and motion-activated sprinklers and lights.
These devices can be borrowed for up to two weeks, free of charge. Information about how to use the devices will be provided. Borrowers must sign a deterrent agreement.
