In Person
The City of Irving Customer Service Department is here to help you set up a new account, transfer or discontinue service or pay your city water, sewer or trash utility bill. For your convenience, we also sell recycling and trash bags.
Online
Set up your new service online at MyIrvingBill.org portal.
Please have these required documents on hand
- Deed or rental/lease agreement
- Driver's license or valid form of Identification
Allow 1-3 business days to process the request. If the request cannot be filled promptly, a Customer Service representative will contact you with any follow-up questions.
Manage Your Current Utility Account
Current Irving utility customers can complete the online account registration form. Your utility account number is required for registration. If you need help locating your account number, please click here.
If you previously paid your bill online through Paymentus, make sure to use the same email address to connect to your bill payment history.
Discontinue Service
Log in to your MyIrvingBill.org account and select “Forms” in the left-side menu to find the appropriate form.
Change Mailing Address
Log in to your MyIrvingBill.org account and select “Forms” in the left-side menu to find the appropriate form.
