As Irving’s City Manager, I firmly believe that statement. And to make sure the city is focused on the right things, I meet with many people and organizations throughout the community to gain insight on issues, challenges and opportunities facing the city.
These insights, along with the Future in Focus organizational strategy and City Council priorities, help shape the plan to manage a city government that delivers positive and meaningful outcomes for Irving residents, businesses and visitors.
